Campy's Crafted was born from a deep-rooted family tradition that began in the heart of southern Indiana. As a child, Pop’s grew up surrounded by the warmth of home-cooked meals and the time-honored practice of canning fruits and vegetables—a skill lovingly passed down by his grandmother, a remarkable cook who taught him the value of preserving flavor and heritage.
Inspired by those early memories, Pop’s began experimenting with canning pickles and vegetables, using the same techniques he learned from his family. Over time, his passion evolved into crafting hot sauces that carried the same depth and authenticity he remembered from childhood.
In 2012, what started as a hobby in his own kitchen—driven by a love for bold, spicy flavors—quickly gained attention. Friends and neighbors praised the unique taste, encouraging Pop’s to take the next step. Though selling wasn’t the original goal, the overwhelming support led to the creation of an LLC and the birth of the Campy's Crafted brand.
